Una vez más estoy por acá con ustedes compartiendo una opinión acerca de un restaurante. Soy una persona que no consumo bebidas alcohólicas, no fumo y en realidad mi mayor placer es comer, me gusta probar sitios nuevos para probar sus comidas, así que en esta ocasión fue el turno de Al Carbón.

Al carbón es una franquicia de comida, principalmente de parrillas y todo lo que tenga que ver con carne asada. En su menú hay parrillas de todos los tamaños compuestas por carne asada, pollo asado, chorizo, yuca, ensalada, arepitas y guasacaca; también tienen disponible pollo asado, pollo a la broaster, granjero (de carne o pernil) pepitos mixtos y también tienen disponible hamburguesas de carne y de pollo crispy.
Cabe resaltar, que siempre había comido las parrillas ya que son muy accesibles y además traen la bebida incorporada, pero en esta ocasión me quise arriesgar y probar sus hamburguesas de pollo crispy. Ahora bien, lo primero que debo acotar es que solo viene la hamburguesa, la misma no contempla las papas o la bebida y ya eso para mí es un punto negativo, sinceramente creo que una hamburguesa debe traer incluido por lo menos las papas y no ofrecerlas con costo adicional.

It is worth noting that I had always eaten the grills because they are very accessible and also bring the drink incorporated, but this time I wanted to take a chance and try their crispy chicken burgers. Now, the first thing I should point out is that only the hamburger comes, it does not include the fries or the drink and that for me is a negative point, I sincerely believe that a hamburger should include at least the fries and not offer them at an additional cost.
No obstante, otra cosa que personalmente no me gustó es que a las papas le colocaron la salsa por encima sin preguntar primero al cliente, hay personas que no les gusta las papas con salsa, creo que es mejor colocarla aparte y el consumidor decide si le coloca o no. En cuanto a la hamburguesa, debo resaltar que no entiendo porque desprendía tanta agua. No sé si se trataba del tomate o la lechuga pero en realidad esa parte no me gustó para nada, es un poco incómodo morder la hamburguesa y que te salga demasiada agua.
Por otra parte, no colocan salsas para acompañar la hamburguesa y sinceramente en el establecimiento en el que hay buenas salsas allí estará mi corazón jajajaja, solo le colocan a la hamburguesa las salsas tradicionales (mayonesa, kétchup, mostaza) pero si se quiere colocar algo más no sé puede porque no incluyen salsas adicionales. En mi opinión personal no es una hamburguesa que recomendaría, pero tampoco es incomible, sinceramente su precio no es tan elevado y si permite resolver una comida.

As for the hamburger, I must point out that I don't understand why it gave off so much water. I don't know if it was the tomato or the lettuce but I really didn't like that part at all, it's a bit uncomfortable to bite the hamburger and have too much water coming out.
On the other hand, they do not put sauces to accompany the burger and honestly in the establishment where there are good sauces there will be my heart hahahaha, they only put the traditional sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard) on the burger but if you want to put something else you can not because they do not include additional sauces. In my personal opinion it is not a hamburger that I would recommend, but it is not inedible either, honestly its price is not so high and it allows you to resolve a meal.
Si desean comer en este establecimiento, quiero resaltar que posee franquicias prácticamente en toda la ciudad. Se encuentran en los centros comerciales como: Metrópolis, Sambil, Ciudad Crepuscular, Las Trinitarias, Arena Plaza, Ciudad Traki y en la carrera 15 con calle 59.
