Did you know that you could get a vegetable milk from seeds?

Ingredients

The seeds are very nutritious
Nuts
Nuts contain Vitamin E, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Protein, Copper, Manganese and Selenium
Almonds
Almonds are a fantastic source of antioxidants and they contain fiber, Vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese and Phosphorus.
Flaxseed
Flaxseed contain Omega-3, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Potassium.
Birdseed
Birdseed have a large number of antioxidants and contain Protein and Omega 3.
Sesame seeds
Sesame seeds provide healthy fats and antioxidants; they contain vitamin E, Calcium and Magnesium.
Oats
Oats contain protein, Potassium, Iron, Calcium and Vitamin B6.

In addition, you will need a glass of water, a blender machine, a strainer and a straining cloth.

Instructions

Put all the seeds in a glass of water, one by one.

Add the oats and stir.

Put the glass of water prepared with the seeds in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.

Take it out of the refrigerator and blend for 5 minutes, then strain with the strainer.

After that, strain with the straining cloth.

Ready, you have white seed milk; add water to complete a liter of milk.
