Pineapple Tomato Fried Chicken πŸ”πŸ—

in Foodies Bee Hive β€’ 2 days ago

Here is my first post in foodies bee hive this year. I tried to cook another dish which I called tomato chicken. So instead of just having a fried chicken I think of something to add. I decided to have it colorful and more tasty because I really like fried chicken it's one of my comfort food. I am really interested on adding sauce or other ingredients on it to explore.

The ingredients that I have here is onion, garlic, bell peppers, pineapple, flour, chicken, tomato ketchup, pineapple juice, soy sauce, salt and oil.

First step that I did was marinated the chicken and chop the other ingredients. After marinating the chicken, I add flour and fry it. Once than with frying the chicken set aside.

On the same pan, add some oil and saute the onion, garlic and bell peppers. Put the tomato ketchup, pineapple chuck and juice. Don't forget to add some salt and black pepper. Wait 5 minutes to simmer and tossed it with fried chicken. You're done so easy to make.

Serve it with happiness. I apologize I forgot to make the mandatory selfie while cooking because I'm so hungry and I just realized it after I finished our meal. It's always nice to try different ways to cook a fried chicken. I would try it next time to make a honey butter chicken. I know there is a lot of fried chicken restaurant now days but I still prefer to cook it by myself to learn. The result of my experiment is great. If you're not a fun of sweet food you can remove the pineapple juice and just add some red chili pepper to have some kick.

I hope you guys enjoy my post. More posts to go 😘 Thank you for stopping by, until my next post.
