Namasteš Dear Friends, today I am sharing Home made Egg Curry recipe preparation step by step wise with photos, which will make it easier to prepare this curry by yourself.
This recipe is coming form our old generation but few changes are there, like in my village mixy grinder and gas stove is there but not using for special dish, they are using mud stove to cook special dishes and stone handmade grinder for masala (mixture of spices). Taste of that dish is awesome, can't compare with city town recipe preparation.
Egg curry has nutrition which will need for the body growth, egg not only for gym person it is great for all age persons. Nowadays doctors also
advised to have eggs if you are non-vegetarian.
Material Details for preparation...
Eggs:- 12 no. (boiled it first)
Garlic:- 15-16 pieces
Ginger:- Small piece
Chilli:- As per your taste
Onion:- Two piece
Bay Leaf:- 2-3 Pieces
Red chilli:- 1Piece
Tomato:- 1 or two piece
Coriander leaf:- Few chopped
Mustard Oil:- As required
Salt:- As per taste/Material
Powder:--------
Turmeric :- Half spoon
Coriander:- One Spoon
Cumin:- Half Spoon
Chilli:- One Teaspoon
Friends, this time I brought raw eggs, boiled it first(while boiling eggs add one spoon salt on water, it will protect for break-in cover of it.) and peeled it, then i use toothpick to make few small holes in it. This process will make eggs taste amazing, when it is fried over masala all flavors will go inside from small puncture, which was made with the help of toothpick.
Now we fried boiled egg till it became brown and then keept it in a bowl.
Mix all Powder and then add water on it till fully wet, i am sharing image of it and now keep aside as we will use it while curry preparation.
Now we will process the Curry making.....
We grind tomato slice+garlic+ginger+onion with the help of the mixer grinder, just we keep away few slices of tomato onion..
Now we heat the pan, as oil is already laying as we fried egg over it, we add one spoon raw cumin seed and bay leaf, fry it till it makes a crackle sound.
Now add remaining onion and tomato slices and fry it till it becomes brown, Now add slice+garlic+ginger+onion on it and fry it.
After some time add powder wet masala over it and fry it till it became brown and now add eggs over it and fry it for 5-10 min.
Now add water over it and keep boiling till your water became half.
Now Egg curry is ready to eat friends.
