El día de hoy, amaneció algo frío, lo cual significa preparar algo rico para la merienda.

Ingredientes/Ingredients:
2 tazas de harina leudante (si no tienes de esta, puedes usar harina todo uso).

1 cucharadita de vainilla.

Preparación/Preparation:
En un bol poner los huevos, azúcar y vainilla, batir a mano o con batidora, de preferencia hasta que la mezcla doble su inicio.

Luego incorpora la harina de a poco, y agrega la leche en porciones pequeñas.

Para finalizar, incorpora los polvos de hornear, revuelve con cuchara en movimientos envolventes.

Una vez lista la mezcla y teniendo el horno precalentado, pasaremos a engrasar el molde, puedes usar aceite, margarina o mantequilla.

Luego, vierte la mezcla en el molde y lleva al horno a una temperatura de 180 grados.

Ve revisando de vez en cuando, ya que cada horno es distinto y los tiempos de cocción varían.

Consejo: para saber si el queque está listo introduce un palito fino en la preparación, si este sale seco ya está listo y puedes retirar del horno.
