ufff that paella Erika's style looks very good, and the ingredients are easy to get, tomorrow (Friday) I'm going to make it for my lunch.

        The recipe said some type or rice but I'm not stressed over that as even if I could buy that type, I'm not gonna go rice hunting and spend a day or two canvassing the shops. I used my usual rice and it was good.
