Probably leftover rice and possibly the tomatoes as well.
I am often accused of tossing in the
Kitchen Sink ha ha ha
Right now I am waiting for that meat to all come to room temperature. The older I get, the more my hands and feet being cold becomes a problem
So I've dumped in one egg, the peppers and onions, liberally dosed it with Mrs Dash seasoning blend
I cooked stewed tomatoes (from a can) and rice (cooked my sefessus) several days ago.
The rice is in the meat mix, I'll pour the Maters over the top when it goes into the ubben
I hope that myself nor any guests who eat this with me do not find any more surprises:
I did not cut up these veggies, whoever did so at the store did not remove at least one tag.
Imagine biting into your meatloaf and finding a paper tag in your mouth!
The Store Will Hear About This!
So I decided to add some Italian Style Breadcrumbs to the Maters, to make a paste.
I will add them over the top a little later, after I've drained off some of the inevitable meat juice/fat accumulation
