Its my pleasure to be in foodies bee hive to share one of my passion to cook simple food dishes for my co-workers.
I am working at the construction firm of my young and energetic 30 years old uncle. And our satelite office is located at their own building which is also utilized as the branch office of one of the largest feeds company. In short my Uncle is one of the distributor of the feeds company. So, when I jave to report in our satellite office, the workers of the feeds company expecting me to cook food for all of us. And since, my boss uncle is present yesterday, we went to the market to buy something to cook for lunch. Since, we all love to eat fish, so I decided to cook Milkfish for sinigang and fried the fish tail.
But what I don't expected is that, my boss uncle did not eat since he is allergic with milkfish, so I sliced mango which I just get from the back of our office and then I put some tomatoe, soy sauce, chili and vinegar and serve as his viand for lunch. I really appreciate how humble my boss uncle. He is not that picky of food unless he is allergic on it.
Eating with my colleagues is the best time every time I go to our satellite office since, they are so grateful and help also maintain cleanliness in our work place. Since, I am the only one female worker there, still they washed plates, clean the table and clean the kitchen. Even I said, I will do it but they insist to help me clean the kitchen and wash the plates.
I am so grateful to have this kind of work environment. Having a healthy work relationship, helping one another and most of all, being humble, kind and respectful to one another.
