hahaha this sounds like a proper winter project indeed!

Funny how I had expected the puree to be more savory and go with some kind of stew, but you are making the sweet tooth version out of it. Enjoy!

        I don't know if there is another version of chestnut puree, that could accompany a stew (maybe there is, I don't know) I remember it just in this sweet version and how I missed it... 🤤
