Today I want to share with you an easy and delicious recipe for one of my favorite sandwiches, "Baguette stuffed with beef stew and mustard" ... this snack is made with a type of French bread called baguette, this is a bun shaped elongated, soft on the inside and with a toasted shell ... this time I will fill it with a delicious beef stew and add mustard as a dressing, which gives this sandwich a very special flavor.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta fácil y deliciosa de uno de mis sándwich favoritos, “Baguette rellena de estofado de res y mostaza”... este snack, es realizado con un tipo de pan francés llamado baguette, este es un bollo de forma alargada, suave por dentro y con una concha tostada... en esta ocasión lo rellenaré con un delicioso estofado de res y agregamos como aderezo mostaza, lo cual le aportan a este sándwich un sabor muy especial.

• Estofado de carne de re.
•Mostaza.

First we make our baguette or buy, as you wish.
On this occasion I made my loaves, with 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of water, a teaspoon of yeast and salt, - 'roast them until they form a soft dough, we form our loaves and let it rest for 2 hours, then we bring to the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.

Primero hacemos nuestra baguette o compramos, como lo desees.
En esta ocasión hice mis panes, con 2 tazas de harina de trigo, 1/2 taza de agua, una cucharadita de levadura y sal,-‘ásanos hasta formar una masa suave, formamos nuestros panes y dejamos reposar 2 horas, luego llevamos al horno por 25 minutos a 180C.

Next, we make our beef stew, meat worms with onion, chives, chili peppers, season with salt and pepper, when it is ready we must crumble and reserve.

Seguidamente, hacemos nuestro estofado de res, gusanos la carne con cebolla, cebollino, ajíes, sazonamos con sal y pimienta, al estar lista debemos desmenuzar y reservar.

Then, we assemble our bread, filling with the meat stew and adding mustard as a dressing ...

Luego, armamos nuestro pan , rellenando con el estofado de carne y agregamos como aderezo mostaza...
