Arepitas aliñadas, una delicia!!

Hola amigos de esta grandiosa comunidad, finalizaron los carnavales, iniciamos las fabulosas rutinas, trabajo, hogar, escuelas, entre otros, estás vez quise probar algo diferente, para ver si se cambia un poquitito la rutina, quise hacer unos bollitos o arepitas que quedaron deliciosas, acompañe me a prepararlas para ver si también se animan a realizarlas.

Ingredientes
400 gr Harina pan
3 cucharadas Mantequilla
100ml Aceite
4 Ají dulce
1/2 Cebolla
1/4 Calabacín
1/2 Pimentón rojo

Tomamos los aliños y los picamos en cuadritos pequeños, estos lo colocamos en una sartén y le agregamos un poquito de aceite.

Esto lo sofreímos bien hasta que esté un poco blando, le agregamos un poco de aceite si así lo requiere, y lo sazonamos con el condimento que gustes.

Por otro lado en un tazón agregamos agua, sal y la harina pan, la cantidad que guste dependiendo a la las arepitas o bollitos que quieras sacar de la mezcla, le agregamos arriba poco a poco y luego le agregamos los aliños.

Está masa debe ser un poco consistente, tenemos dos opciones, podemos hacer arepitas y freír o podemos hacer bollitos hervirlos, en mi caso hice las dos cosas haber cual era mejor, pues los dos me parecieron rico, sin embargo las arepitas me encantaron, a los bollitos se le echa mantequilla y a las arepitas queso, a mi me encantó.

We take the seasonings and chop them into small squares, we place them in a frying pan and add a little oil.

We fry this well until it is a little soft, we add a little oil if it requires it, and we season it with the condiment that you like.

On the other hand, in a bowl we add water, salt and bread flour, the amount you like depending on the arepitas or buns you want to get from the mixture, we add it on top little by little and then we add the seasonings.

This dough should be a little consistent, we have two options, we can make arepitas and fry them or we can make buns boil them, in my case I did both to see which was better, because both seemed delicious to me, however I loved the arepitas, the buns are topped with butter and the arepitas with cheese, I loved it.

Wow! These arepitas and buns look so yummy! 😍 I love how you used sweet pepper, zucchini, and onion to give them extra flavor. It must make the kitchen smell amazing while cooking! 🌶️🧅 I think it’s a great idea to try both frying and boiling to see which one tastes better. The arepitas with cheese sound super delicious, but the buns with butter must be soft and tasty too! 🧈🧀

I also like how simple the recipe is—just mix the bread flour with water and salt, then add the seasonings. Even someone like me, who isn’t a great cook yet, could try making this! 😄 Which one did you like better in the end—the fried arepitas or the boiled buns? Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe! 🤩

Both are delicious, but the FRIED AREPITAS are on another level and if you can accompany them with some sauce, whether garlic, tartar, cheese or bacon, it must be magnificent...
