Vegan and Gluten free lunch
Delicious salad with rocket, chives, split peas, cheese and pecan nuts
So one of the guys in the team made this Tuesday lunch for us. There was gnocci and very nice salads . A most enjoyable lunch.
Today, the team was rewarded with Pizza's for some very busy days at work. The Pizza's were prepared by Italian owners and all the ingredients were from Italy. Afterwards we attended our group Dutch class which is usually a lot of fun but I think tonight we were all feeling pretty exhausted.
