Hello dear friends of this beautiful and charming community my favorite I love to cook, well I was lost because here in my land we had a problem with electricity we lasted 13 to 14 hours without light and only 3h were not placed and so on, but thank God they could solve that problem hopefully así🙏🏻

Well dear friends today I want to share with you this delicious food which is the fried fish called Carite here in my land Margarita Island, Venezuela, well the first thing I did was to buy the fish, they gave me 11 pieces which were 2 kilos, I arrived at my aunt's house I started to wash it and put it in a bowl I put salt and put it to refrigerate for a while while I made the contours that are ripe banana and fried arepitas, I used for the flour 800 grams of yellow bread flour and twice as much water a pinch of salt and I was kneading little by little until it was homogeneous.
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLBueno queridos amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa comida que es el pescado frito llamado Carite aquí en mi tierra Isla de Margarita, Venezuela, bueno lo primero que hice fue comprar el pescado me dieron 11piezas que eran 2 kilos, llegué la casa de mi tía me puse a lavarlo lo coloque en un recipiente le coloqué sal y lo puse a refrigerar un rato mientras hacía los contornos que son plátano maduro y arepitas fritas, utilice para la harina 800gramos de harina pan amarilla y el doble de agua una pizca de sal y fui amasando poco a poco hasta que quedó homogénea.

Then I put a frying pan with enough oil and waited for it to heat up, while waiting I started to peel the plantains and cut them into slices, I used 4 plantains, when the oil was hot I placed the plantains and let them cook for 1 minute on each side, then when I finished frying the plantains, I made the arepitas, with a small ball of flour I made an arepita face, I placed it in the pan with oil, I left them for 2 minutes on each side, when the arepas were ready, I started to fry the fish before frying them I passed them through wheat flour and placed them in the pan with enough oil, I let them cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, when everything was ready I started to serve the food and ready my nice and simple dish, thank you boy until here my post and eat I hope you like it thanks for reading until here take care of yourselves
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLDespués puse un sartén con suficiente aceite espere que calentara, mientras esperaba me puse a pelar los plátanos y lo piqué en rebanadas utilice 4 plátanos nos cantan mucho el plátano maduro, al estar el aceite caliente fui colocando los plátanos los dejé cocinar por 1 minuto en cada lado, después al terminar de freír los plátanos, hice las arepitas, con una bolita pequeña de harina hacía cara arepita la coloque en el sartén con aceite, las dejaba 2 minutos por cada lado, al estar lista las arepas, empecé a freír los pescado antes de freírlos lo pasaba por harina de trigo y los coloca en el sartén con aceite suficiente, yo los dejaba cocinar de 5 a 6 minutos por cada lado, ya estando todo listo empecé a servir la comida y listo mi lindo y sencillo plato, graciasss chico hasta aquí mi post y a comer espero les guste gracias por leer hasta aquí cuídense
