Hello community♡ I hope you have a great start of the week. Today I bring you a delicious dessert, perfect for a snack at any time. It is an exquisite coconut rice.

The first thing to do is to chop the coconut into small pieces and add it to the blender with half a liter of water.
Then place the rice in a pot and add the coconut water that was previously prepared. It is taken to medium heat for 30 minutes approximately.
Then when the water is almost dry, add the milk dissolved in a cup of water.
Finally, add the four spoonfuls of sugar, half a spoonful of salt and one spoonful of cinnamon.
It is removed from the heat even when it has enough liquid because the rice absorbs it and thus it becomes creamier.
