Greetings friends, today I share with you the recipe of my favorite salad, I can sit down to eat a dish by myself. Its preparation is very simple, we will need a beet, a potato, an egg and a carrot.
We wash very well, we put a pot on high heat with enough water, we incorporate the previous ingredients until they are soft. Taking care not to overcook them, they should be firm but not raw. When they are soft, lower the fire and let it cool down to room temperature.
We then peel and cut into cubes of approximately one centimeter.
For the dressing we will use, 1 tablespoon oil, ½ tablespoon vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, ¼ onion, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and salt to taste. We put all this in the food processor, process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then we add it to our salad. Integrate and serve.
This salad goes very well to accompany a lunch, although I eat it with my beloved arepas at breakfast.
