Hello, I hope you are feeling well, today I will show you how to prepare a delicious pineapple cake.




  • 100 grams of butter.
  • 250 grams of sugar.
  • 3 egg whites.
  • 125 ml of pineapple juice.
  • 250 grams of wheat flour.
  • 1/4 cuchraradita of vanilla.
  • 3 slices of pineapple.


  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar.
  • 2 spoonfuls of water.


  • The first thing we will do is the caramel, to do this in a dry pot put the 4 tablespoons of sugar over medium heat, when its color changes to caramel color turn off the fire and put the two tablespoons of water very carefully, move and incorporate into the mold where we will make the cake.


    • In a container mix the butter with the sugar until it is creamy, then integrate the juice, the flour, the vanilla, incorporate with a manual mixer.


    • Beat the egg whites to a point of snow.

    • Incorporate the egg whites into the previous mixture in an enveloping way with the help of a wooden palette. Place the pineapple slices on the tray and pour the previous mixture.

    • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at medium temperature. After the baking time, prick with a toothpick if it comes out clean, take it out of the oven.

      Hola, espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy les mostrare como preparar una rica torta de piña.




      • 100 gramos de mantequilla.
      • 250 gramos de azúcar.
      • 3 claras de huevo.
      • 125 ml de jugo de piña.
      • 250 gramos de harina de trigo leudante.
      • 1/4 cuchraradita de vainilla.
      • 3 rodajas de piña.


      • 4 cucharadas de azúcar.
      • 2 Cucharadas de agua.


      • Lo primero que realizaremos será el caramelo, para ello en una olla seca colocamos las 4 cucharadas de azúcar a fuego medio, cuando su color cambie a color caramelo apagar el fuego y colocar las dos cucharadas de agua con mucho cuidado, remover e incorporar en la tortera donde realizaremos la torta.


        • En un recipiente mezclar la mantequilla con la azúcar hasta cremar, luego integrar el jugo, la harina, la vainilla, incorporar con batidora manual.


        • Batir la claras a punto de nieve.

        • Incorporar las claras a la mezcla anterior de manera envolvente con ayuda de una paleta de madera. Colocar las rodajas de piña en la bandeja y verter la mezcla anterior.

        • Levamos al horno por 30 minutos a temperatura media. Pasado el tiempo de horneado pinchamos con un palillo de altura si sale limpio sacamos de horno.
