Hello friends, how are you guys? I enjoy making something different to eat every Saturday and Sunday. Along with me, my wife is also very interested in all this. On holidays, we always make something or another. Today we made modaks from rice flour. This is a very easy recipe.

Lord Ganesha likes this modak very much. Today being Sankasti Chaturthi, we have made it today. It is similar to Momo, but a little different. Fine flour is used in momo. And rice flour is used in Modaka. And coconut and jaggery are used inside. These are very sweet and tasty. These are made in every home in Maharashtra. Friends, let's see how modaks are made.

Ingredients to make:
Two bowls of rice flour
A little salt
A coconut
Loaf spoon, Cardamom powder
A bowl of jaggery
A spoonful of poppy seeds
One spoon ghee
Two bowl water

Method of making:
Take two bowls of rice flour, add a little salt to lukewarm water, and knead the dough properly. After that, grind the coconut. Put ghee, poppy seeds, jaggery, and cardamom powder in a pan and heat it well.

Later, add ground coconut. Cook all this mixture on low heat for five minutes. Make small balls from the rice flour we have made and fill the mixture inside the dough either by hand or using a mould. Later, steam for ten minutes. And take out the beautiful, sweet, and tasty modak; it is ready to eat. Friends, if you like it, then please comment. Thank you.
