In the summer season, women get busy in making pickles. Mango season is in summer.



To make good pickles, good raw mangoes are purchased. And spices are made for it; nowadays, nowadays ready-made pickle spices are also available in the market. But home-made spices have a different taste. Friends, this summer, spices were also made in our house. I told you about buying raw mangoes from the market in an Actifit activity report post five days ago, as you can see. Friends, in my house, my wife made pickles of raw mangoes. When I was staying, I looked at their dates carefully and am sharing all the recipes and pictures with you. Sometimes I make lemon pickle, but only my wife makes mango pickle. Ingredients for making pickle:

Raw mango 1 kg
Whole coriander, half bowl
Mustard dal, half bowl
two spoons of cumin
Asafoetida powder, half spoon (teaspoon)
Cloves, ten to twelve
Cardamom ten to twelve
Fennel seeds, two spoons
Edible oil, 250 grams
Salt, four teaspoons
Turmeric, two spoons
Red chilli powder, two spoons

Method of making Pickles:
First of all, take chopped raw mangoes (these are available cut in the market) in a vessel, apply salt and turmeric as mentioned above and leave it overnight. In the morning, take out the water that has accumulated in it and throw it away. And leave it in the sieve for two to three hours. Then heat the cooking oil mentioned above and cool it. Fry all the spices and grind them into powder in a mixer. Take raw mangoes in a big vessel and mix ground spices on it. And put cold oil in it. Mix well, and add all the ingredients like asafoetida, chilli powder, etc. and mix well. Take a good porcelain or glass jar and fill it with water. Now this pickle can last for one year. And make your daily meals tasty and enjoyable. I know that if you eat such pickle with any meal, you will feel like eating two more bites. Thanks friends.🙏
