I had days seeing advertising on social networks about a restaurant that I did not know and that is in the city where I live. The restaurant Fatness! It has been gaining followers and regular visitors over time, but until now I had not had the opportunity to go, so yesterday I decided to go to try some of their dishes. This restaurant is located on Los Tres Mosqueteros street, very close to the Unicentro shopping mall, Maracay, Venezuela.

As you could see in the photos, it is a small but cozy place, there is air conditioning and at least at the time I went there were not many people, so that made my experience more intimate. From the first moment I entered I felt the good attention of the employees who with a smile on their faces attended me diligently. In addition to the indoor area, there is also an outdoor area for those who wish to eat outdoors, although I must say that the heat at that time was quite strong. By the way, I loved the restaurant's circular light bulbs and comfortable seating.

As it usually happens, I went to this restaurant with my wife, so we ordered two dishes. The restaurant has 4 specials of which we ordered chicken milanesa in mushroom sauce and a chicken cordon bleu, both dishes were accompanied by caesar salad and french fries. The other 2 specials were chicken Milanese Parmesan and Caesar salad with crispy chicken, but we will try those another day. Also on the menu are different versions of chicken wings, burgers and sandwiches.

Now then, I will give you my impressions of the two dishes as we shared mutually to try the different versions of chicken. The chicken in mushroom sauce was good, but a little bland, I expected a stronger flavor or with more character, although the white cream was smooth as a cloud, I would say that saved the dish. The caesar salad was amazing, especially the cream, it had an intense flavor which combined very well with the lettuce and the other elements of the salad. On the other hand, the cordon bleu was enhanced by the ham and cheese with which it was stuffed, and the white sauce complemented the combination perfectly.

We accompanied the dish with a large glass of iced tea with peach, this is not a natural drink, but it is very famous here in Venezuela for its good taste and for how refreshing it is when it is very cold, this is frankly one of my favorite drinks. So, I could qualify as very positive our visit to this restaurant, the attention is good, the place is cozy and the prices are not negligible, each dish had a cost of $ 5 which are quite competitive compared to other restaurants in the city. I give Fatness! a 7.5/10, we will definitely come back.
