Oh, I learned something new today. I did some research and here in Cuba lemon grass is known as caña santa. There is an article I found that calls it the plant of a thousand uses. Wow...

        I'll definitely be exploring more uses for Lemon grass, fascinating what you read. I'm not surprised though, it's such a gorgeously fragrant plant.
