When I returned from my workplace after a full day of work, I was thirsty and feeling weak in my body. I thought of making such an energy drink which tastes delicious and is also full of power. I made a mixed milkshake of fruits and dry fruits. It took me 20 minutes to make this milkshake.

Step 1
First I cut an apple with a knife. Cut the apple and put it on the plate. Then after peeling the banana and cutting them into small pieces, put the bananas in the same plate. After that, washed the strawberry well and cleaned it and put the strawberry in the same plate.
Step 2
Add the chopped apples, bananas, strawberries, figs, dates, almonds in the jug of the juicer. Half a liter of pure cow's milk and Sugar was added to it. And mixed them well by running the juicer machine for 4/5 minutes. After that our best milkshake was ready.
I had this milkshake at the Iftaar time(in the evening) with my nephews Aftab khan and Mehtab khan. My nephews also loved this milkshake and drank it with great gusto. This milkshake was very delicious and flavorful. After drinking this milkshake, my stomach felt cool and the tiredness in my body went away. The weakness that was felt in my body also ended after some time.
