Everything I see here is extremely interesting to me. I have never tried a single one of the dishes you mention, so each addition seems more and more amazing than the last, I can't stop picturing all the possible combinations, that gastronomic area is a fantasy!

You are right, the market appearance makes you think that they are not so old establishments, but I know that these popular places last over time. I do not know what I find more surprising, if the very low price or the fact of eating a whole plate standing, without sitting hahaha just imagining the crowd to which you refer and it seems to me a very complicated situation hahaha.

This food is very common in this region but the taste was special. We knew what to expect, the crowd and all so we were prepared to stand for hours. lol. We accepted this for the food adventure. lol
You can easily try this recipe at home, they are just a Google search away. But IDK why, this place has something special, their food tastes the best.

Hahaha that's right, when you go on an adventure you have to accept whatever conditions it comes with. It often happens that things that are so common and pleasant for us are a total rarity for others, hence my enthusiasm when reading you.

I understand what you mean by going to eat it there, I also enjoy the local experience, it is a whole that makes the tasting more valuable.
