Simple healthy recipe.

This a simple dish, easy to make and healthy.

In this days I try to eat healthier also if sometimes I eat pizza but who can resist to a good pizza ( next time I will show you my home made pizzas).

This dish is very simple to cook, you just need some pork slices (or chicken or the meat you prefer), a big cup of fresh salad and beans.

You first cook the meat in a frying pan with extra virgin oil, the meat must be very crunchy not too much, it depends from your taste, some prefer it bloody.

Than in another cup you boil the water and add in a boiled water with a spoon of salt the beans.

When the beans are ready you add to them a bunch of pepper and timus, than you put it on the salad with a spoon of extra virgin oil and near it you put the slice of meat.

It's a dish fast too cook and really easy to make
