Today I will show you one of the fast foods that has recently become very popular in my country. Now many people suddenly open new oatlets by serving seblak buffets in their area. Including my area, actually in our area there is no such dish. As technology advances, many people are opening up new opportunities in promoting their dishes on social media. One of them is seblak.
Seblak Spicy Instant Noodles
Seblak is a dish made from processed crackers mixed with other ingredients. Cooked with ground spices which are usually enjoyed spicy. Well, the original recipe usually doesn't use instant noodles, they only use various types of crackers and other vegetable ingredients.
However, I don't like the original recipe for seblak, so I modified the ground spices a little and used the ingredients to be combined, including instant noodles.
Materials used
5 grams of crackers
Enough chicken bones (optional)
1 tomato
2 stalks of celery leaves
1 cup sprouts
3 stalks of mustard leaves
2 spring onions
Ground spices
5 cayenne peppers
10 red onion cloves
2 cloves of garlic
1 candlenut
Cooking Procedure
Blend the spices until they are really smooth, using a little water.
Saute the shallots and lime leaves in a little oil.
Then add the ground spices, and cook the spices for a minute.

Add chicken bones, and cook again. Then add the crackers, so you can soak the crackers first.
While waiting for the bones and crackers to soften. Cut the vegetables and tomatoes into small pieces, then also chop the celery and leeks.
Once everything is ready to cut, check the chicken bones again, then add the chili powder. And also the instant noodle seasoning that was prepared earlier.
Add tomatoes and bean sprouts and green mustard greens. Then add the instant noodle pieces.
Add vegetables and cook until cooked or until everything is completely absorbed by the spices.

Tara!!!
Seblak instant noodles are ready to be served, serve them in your bowl and enjoy the spicy, savory sensation of this dish. This dish is indeed modified from the original recipe but believe me it is very delicious. Moreover, the spices penetrate perfectly into all the combinations of ingredients used.
I really like the texture of the crackers, they are cooked perfectly even though they are not soaked at all. Actually, this is not the first time I have made seblak with a combination of instant noodles. I often made it in the past but today I am back to enjoying this delicious bowl!.
