Fried apples are an old-fashioned delicacy that is quick and easy to prepare. They are served warm, but they are equally delicious and cold.
Winter is somehow the most beautiful for me when the smell of apples and cinnamon spreads in my kitchen.
1 small cup of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
A little salt
8 - 9 tablespoons flour (if needed)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
A spoonful of cinnamon
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a mixer.
When you have beaten the eggs, add milk, sugar and a little salt.
Then, mixing with light speed, add flour, but the dough should be slightly thicker than for pancakes.
While the dough is standing for a while, peel the apples, cut them into rings and make a small hole in the middle with a small model.
When the apples are ready, put them in the dough and then in the oil to fry.
When they are done, take them out on a plate, mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on them.
Quick, easy but very tasty.
