Oh! my goodness, I am going to do this! I probably only have 8 to 10 leaves, which I was going to put in the compost, but a batch of dolmades will be very welcome in this house. Thanks for the idea!

Do you not have to blanch the cabbage leaves before dehydrating them? I thought only fruit didn't need to be dehydrated.

Have fun making some and no you do not have to blanch the leaves before dehydrating. Just wash them and chop them and dry them on a low heat setting. It takes a few hours before they are crisp and dry enough to store.
