Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cardamon
1/2 cup oil
1 lemon rind and the juice of it
1 cup orange juice
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 box of washed and rinsed blueberries, coated with some flour( so they don't sink in).
In a cake mixer, start mixing the eggs and sugar, for a few minutes, until creamy.
Then add all the other ingredients, in this order.
Grease a bundt pan, pour the mixture and bake for about 1 hour in a preaheated 350F oven.
