Beef bone soup is made from bones that are thrown away, dear, so I want to make these beef bones into a dish that is very tasty especially in winter.
But unfortunately it's not winter where I live, it's very hot here, the sun is still very hot even though it's late like this, but it's okay, right, when it's hot like this we eat soup.
I used to cook vegetable soup, without meat, but today I add meat to my vegetable soup, to make it more savory, there are also people who cook meat soup without vegetables, but for me, soup without vegetables is less nutritious.

The process of making it is very simple, like cooking soup in general, but we need to cook the meat first until the meat is tender, I cook the meat for about 1 hour, because I don't want the meat attached to the beef bone to be tender, it's hard to bite.
Materials needed
1 carrot
1 potato
4 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp coriander
2 hazelnuts
1/2 tsp nutmeg
A ginger thumb
Salt
Royco
1 stalk of celery and onion
Manufacturing procedure
Boil the beef bones until soft, while waiting for the beef bones to be soft, we prepare the spices, to be smoothed

RESULTS
The beef and vegetable soup is ready, it tastes really savory and sweet, it's really good, the texture of the meat is very soft, because I boiled it for a long time, about 1 hour, the vegetables are not too soft, I really don't like mushy vegetables when I make soup.

The soft texture of the meat makes me always want to add rice, my son and husband are also very happy if I cook meat soup, with meat that is soft when bitten. Anyway, today I am very satisfied with the cooking, the sauce is similar to meatball sauce, unfortunately I don't have any meatballs at home, if there is I will definitely add meatballs to this sauce hehe
