Well today I will share a foodis recipe, namely egg martabak filled with shredded chicken, for the martabak I only use spring roll skin so that it is easy to make, from the title I have said that making it is very easy, you know why right?
It's easy because you don't need to make flour dough anymore, you only need to use spring roll skin, it immediately becomes a very delicious and special martabak.
Just by using one egg and a few vegetables, you can make martabak as delicious as this. I deliberately didn't make too much martabak because our house is not crowded, so I only used one egg with a few sheets of spring roll skin.

Peel all the carrot skin using a carrot grater, then cut the carrots into small squares, or you can also grate them, just adjust it to your own taste.

Break one egg, then add salt and oyster sauce, stir until evenly mixed, then take one sheet of spring roll skin, add one spoonful of dough then fold the spring roll skin,

Finally, the martabak is ready to be fried, in hot oil, fry until cooked until golden brown, don't forget to turn it over until it is perfectly cooked.

RESULTS
The egg martabak filled with shredded chicken is ready, I fried it a little longer, because I like the martabak to have a dry and crispy texture on the outside, while the inside is very delicious with shredded chicken, eggs and carrots, very suitable to be enjoyed with a glass of warm coffee with milk while relaxing in front of the house or while watching television at home.

eaten with added sauce on top adds to the deliciousness of my homemade martabak, basically this martabak is no less delicious than egg martabak sold in the market. if you want to add more eggs, you can also make it even tastier, the martabak is also thicker with the addition of eggs and other vegetables.
