I wish you a relaxed and enjoyable weekend alongside you loved ones 🥰as we prepare some delicious healthy foodie to nourish our body for energy and boost.

Today I bring to share with you a delightful food you will enjoy 😉 especially because its a quick recipe but also needs some ingredients that will bring out some of the good taste to enjoy it better.

I prepared a curry mint noodles today which I made sure to make it in the best way I enjoy it because am not a noodle lover despite many see it as a quick meal 🥘. To enjoy noodles I always make sure to incorporate lots of onions and other spices in it which makes it seat properly as a meal to delight.

And wanting to also enjoy this meal as a heavy lunch, I decided to pair the curry mint spicy noodles with some porridge beans which ended up giving it a good plating.

And have you ever tried enjoying your noodles 🍝 with beans? Protein from beans is what I don’t joke with especially when eating some foods that contains carbs. Noodles, pasta, yam, rice and more contains carbs so adding beans as sides to this meal makes and help the consumption more balanced because protein is what we need as supplements .

This recipe is a quick good lunch to serve at family lunch 🥙 if you already has some porridge beans to just heat up in the microwave. So delicious that you will want to incorporate it into your weekly roaster.

Here I share this simple recipe steps process with you.

INGREDIENTS:


11/2 packs of chicken flavor noodles
1/2 of a large red onions
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 hot red pepper
1 tablespoon of low fat butter
Mint leaves 🍃

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.


I start by cutting, wash and slice the onions as above.

And the hot pepper here too.

Step 2.

Will pluck , wash and slice the mint leaves 🍃 here above.

And we have this ingredients readily here.

Step 3.

Will readily cut the noodles into pieces the way I like it here above.

Step 4.

Will take out a spoon 🥄 equivalent of low spread butter here.


And dissolve it here above, adding the onions 🧅 to fry and release its flavor.

Step 5.

Will add some water here and allow to heat up, then add the noodles to start cooking 🥘.

Covering the pot.

And once it cooks half way, I will add the sauce, the hot pepper, and the curry above.

Step 6.


Then finally will add the mint leaves 🍃 here. Stir gently to maintain the noodles 🍝 in good appetizing mood while it steams properly.

Step 7.


And will serve the yummy delicious noodles adding some porridge beans as side for that bit of protein balance.
