Ingredients;

  • Two eggs
  • A tablespoon of soya sauce
  • A tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • A large onion
  • A large ripe tomato
  • Two pods of capsicums

  • Two tablespoons of water
  • A teaspoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of pepper powder

The method of making;

Wash and clean large onions, tomatoes and capsicum and cut them into squares. Do not forget to remove the center of the tomato.

After that, add the two eggs to the bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt powder and pepper to it and stir it.

Now let's prepare the sauce mixture. For that, add one tablespoon of tomato sauce to one tablespoon of soy sauce, then add one tablespoon of cornflour to it and add two tablespoons of water and dissolve it well.

Now let's make the scrambled egg. For that, add one and a half tablespoons of oil to the pan and add the egg mixture prepared on low heat.

Saute this for two to three minutes on low flame, break into small pieces of normal size and remove from heat.

Now in another pan, add oil like this and add the capsicum and onion and fry for about a minute. Pay attention to the color of these vegetables.
