Today I wanted something a little spicy for lunch. I remembered while thinking.This dish is called egg chips and it's very easy. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- An egg
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- 50ml of oil
- Two tablespoons of plain flour
- Two tablespoons of cornflour
- A few curry leaves
- Three ice cubs
- 20ml of water
The method of making;
First of all, you need to chop the curry leaves very finely.
Now add an egg to the bowl.
Then add salt powder, chilli powder and pepper powder to bowl.
Afterthat add chopped curry leaves to it.
Mix well.
So, Now add plain flour with cornflour.
Again mix well.
Add water little by little to make a liquid batter.
Now add ice cubes.
Cover with a lid and leave for about three minutes.
After three minutes.
Now place a pan on the stove, add oil to it and heat the oil well. Then reduce the heat on the stove.
Add one tablespoon of each of the liquid batter you made.
It will become crispy after about two minutes. Remove from the heat when both sides are lightly golden brown.
