Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening my dear friends. As usual, I hope that tomorrow will be more successful/happier than today. I'm a bit busy these days. An easy recipe that we all know, brought A delicious recipe that we all make. By changing the shape, I introduce this to you as a new change. This is another way of making donuts. I made this in the fry pan and make these donuts in the shape of a flower. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- An egg
*Half teaspoon of salt powder - A tablespoon of butter
- Half teaspoon of baking powder
- 250g of wheat flour
- 200ml of oil
- 20g of sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of yeast
- 100ml of milk
The method of making;
First of all, add milk to a bowl, add yeast and sugar to it and stir.
Then add salt, baking powder, egg and a tablespoon of coconut oil to this and stir.
Now add flour little by little and stir vigorously. After that prepare the flour mill.
After adding this butter, knead it well for about eight minutes.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave in a moderately warm place for about 30 minutes to double in size.
Remove the air bubbles in the flour mill and thin it to a normal thickness.
Cut into eight equal pieces.
Knead each cut part again for a minute.
Cover again for about fifteen minutes.
After fifteen minutes, take one portion at a time and thin it to a thickness of about four inches in average diameter.
Take a flat circular portion and place it in the center of the prepared roti.
Cut around it as shown in the image.
Make flower petals from the cut parts. Shape it. I believe it will be clear to you from the image.
Keep the flower shaped donuts aside for about fifteen minutes to bloom again.
Add to the oil heated on low flame and fry until golden.
You liked this look too, didn't you? These are really beautiful flower shaped donuts. And delicious. There is no difference in taste. But everyone like your family members will love this change, this shape. This way you can entertain even the guests who come to your house. This is a very wonderful dish for tea time.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
