We have to forget about this hard work for a while. So on my busy days, I usually think of a dish that I like to eat a little or a dish that I can make quickly. So I thought I would make a different dish with omelet today. This is very delicious. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two eggs
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half chopped b onion
- Two chopped green chilies
- Chopped a capsicum pod
- Half a ripe tomato, chopped
- A few chopped curry leaves
- Two tablespoons of plain flour
- Three tablespoons of water
- 75ml of oil
- 20g of breadcrumbs
The method of making;
First, add the two eggs to the bowl.
Then add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum with curry leaves and green chillies.
Afterthat add salt powder, pepper powder and chili pieces to it.
Mix all this well.
Now add a tablespoon of oil to the pan and add this egg mixture.
Cook this omelette over low heat with a lid on. It will take about four minutes for one side to turn golden brown.
Now let it cool down and cut it into six equal parts.
Now let's make the batter. To do this, add two tablespoons of plain flour to a bowl, a pinch of salt, and three tablespoons of water to make a thin batter.
Dip each piece of omelette, cut as shown in the image, into this liquid mixture and then coat in the batter.
Now place a deep frying pan on the stove, add oil to it, and when the oil is hot, reduce the heat and fry for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
