- Two eggs
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of curry power
The method of making;
First, put the wheat flour in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt and one and a half tablespoons of coconut oil.Add water little by little and make a non-sticky dough.
Cover it for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, let's make the egg mixture.
Put two eggs in a bowl and add chopped carrot, curry leaves, b onion and chopped green chillies to it.
Add salt powder, pepper powder and curry powder.
Mix everything is well.
Now take the dough and make a long roll out of it. Divide into fifteen equal parts.
Spread some flour on the tray.Take a small ball and make it thin.Add one teaspoon of the egg mixture and fold it as shown in the picture.
Now deep fry on normal flame for three to four minutes until both sides are golden.
