But if it takes a long time to make it, if we have to worry a lot, we don't want to taste it. If you want to eat delicious donuts with less ingredients, then let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 150g of wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- 150ml of oil
- 1 and 1/4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- A teaspoon of yeast
- A teaspoon of sugar
- 80ml of lukewarm milk
The method of making;
First of all we need to activate East. For that, add one teaspoon of yeast to the bowl, add one teaspoon of yeast to it, add one and a half of warm milk and dissolve it well.
Keep a side for 10 minutes.

Now let's prepare the flour mill. For that, add flour to a bowl and add icing sugar and salt to it.
In addition to the activated yeast, add a tablespoon of coconut oil and stir this mixture well.
Now let's add warm milk little by little and prepare the batter. This will require approximately 60ml to 70ml of milk.
Knead this flour well for about ten minutes.
Grease a deep container with oil and place this well-kneaded flour mill and cover it well with oil and keep it covered for about an hour.
Oil the palm well and remove air bubbles from the puffed flour mill.
Keep this dough on a thin disc or a tray and make a well rounded hole in the middle and divide it into six equal parts.
Take one part as shown in the picture and knead it well again and make balls.
Again cover with a cloth and leave for half an hour.
This is the easiest way to shape the donuts. First spread oil on your finger, make a hole in the middle of these small balls that are well puffed, and turn them around a bit to form donuts.
Deep fry in medium flame.
You can actually taste these donuts like this. The special thing about making this is that we did not add the ingredients like butter and eggs. But very soft. Very tasty. These donuts are made in such a way that even vegetarians can eat them. I added homemade chocolate glaze to add to the beauty. But even without them, you can make it and enjoy it.
