How are you,, I wish you a good evening as usual. The beginning of a busy week. I hope you are very happy even though you are busy. Today I found yellow para fish. I thought that this fish should be cooked in a different way, in a way that I like to eat. That is why I made this in a different way. So let's see how that method is and how to prepare it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of yellow paraw fish
  • 1/4 cup of thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • A full tablespoon of coconut oil

  • Three pods of green chillies
  • A piece of pandan leave
  • A few curry leaves
  • A few piece of cinnamon
  • Half piece of large onion
  • A piece of ginger
  • A full teaspoon of meat curry powder
  • A full teaspoon of chilli powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • A teaspoon of pepper powder
  • A few pieces of garcinia
  • Three or four cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • A teaspoon of cumin seeds

The method of making;

Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt to the well-washed and cleaned fish pieces and let them marinate for about ten minutes.

Then add the garlic, ginger, and half the onion and chop them into small pieces. Add for this cinnamon also.

Cut the green chili into long strips.

Place a clay pot on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and mustard seeds.

Now mix the oil well and add the ground mixture to it and mix well.

Now add curry leaves with pandan leave.

Then add fenugreek seeds to it.

Now add seasoned fish pieces to the pot.

Add 1/4 cup of water to the marinated pot and add that water to the fish.

Add chilli powder.

Then add the garcinia, mix everything well, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for about ten minutes.

Afterthat add green chillies.

When the water starts to thick/reduce, add 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Then add the meat curry powder, cook well again for about five minutes and remove from the heat.

Do you know that this fish curry is very fragrant. When smell before eating it, my mouth watering. It is so fragrant. Also, coconut milk is added here. Since there is milk, the taste of this is doubled.
