Today is thunderstorm, and tomorrow all day rain for at least 2 days. We are looking for tons of rain again this week. Happy day.
Today am sharing a sweet dumpling recipe from Hungary, which I filled with plums and apricots.

5 medium size potatoes
2 1/2 c flour
Salt (1/4 or 1/2 or even 1 tsp if you like - dumpling is normally tasteless, but sweetened with the fillings and topping)
1/2 tbsp sugar
Plums and apricots (either or both)
Sugar as needed
Brown sugar as needed
Cinnamon powder as needed
Water for boiling
1 tub breadcrumbs
3 tbsp cooking oil
