Today I came back to you again with a new cooking recipe small fish chutney. It tastes great to eat and this little fish is a very beneficial fish. We often go to the eye doctor and the doctor advises us to eat small fish. In fact, eating small fish eliminates many eye problems. So friends, let's not be late and see how I made small fish chutney.
I have taken small puti fish here to make small fish chutney. Putty fish is available in large size but I have taken small putty fish. I have already selected the fish well.
Here I have also taken raw chilli paste, raw chilli slice, garlic paste, cumin paste, more onion paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Now put a fork in the oven and stir the onion and green chillies with the same amount of oil in the pan for a while and stir it again with the raw chilli paste and garlic paste for a while.
After stirring for a while, I will stir it again with salt and turmeric powder and fry it again.
Once the spice is fried, I will stir it well with small puti fish and remove it for a while. After it was drained for a while, I put enough water in it. Now I will burn it for 5 to 7 minutes.
After frying for a while, when the broth comes down a lot, I will put cumin paste in it. After giving cumin paste, cover it with a lid. In this way I will burn for 1 to 2 minutes. After 1 to 2 minutes my little fish chutney will be ready. My little fish chutney has been cooked and now I am serving it in a pot.
