







HAppy thursday my firends, welcome to my food blog ,today i am showing you my review of an amla spot i recently visited, i have been craving amala which is a tradtioal native dough food from yam powder of two vareities a nlavk and a white.. I dicorvered a new amala spot which is calle Abula Express a new local restaurant that had just opened and had a bunch of different rypes of native food on their menu which is what they specialized in
Visiting the palce i a was excited to satisfy my craving of a meal i ahve been having since i was achild. i had gone up to the counter are to make my order, which they had . ordering a two serving portion with wedu sopu to go and for beef in my plate. this was served as a portion with every plate of food. my first bite of this food was heavenly i immediately felt the relese of my craving as the food was made welel too, the dough texture was to my liking and i had liked the way they had made the stew and leave soup ..the tenderness of the beef was like it was amedium rear stake and i really enjoyed my plate
I also went ahead to try the jollof rice they had, ordering a portion with friend beef this time, altouhg the rice type was not what i usually would have but the taste was indeed great to. i had soda with this meal and felt satisfied after eating.

HAppy jueves mis amigos, bienvenidos a mi blog de comida, hoy os muestro mi revisión de un lugar amala que visité recientemente, he estado anhelando amala que es un alimento tradicional masa nativa de polvo de ñame de dos variedades un negro y un blanco. Al visitar el lugar, me entusiasmó la idea de satisfacer mi antojo de una comida que he comido desde que era niño. Me acerqué al mostrador para hacer mi pedido, que ellos tenían. pedí una ración de dos raciones con sopa ewedu para llevar y carne de ternera en mi plato. mi primer bocado de esta comida era celestial inmediatamente me sentí la liberación de mi antojo como la comida se hizo bien también, la textura de la masa era de mi agrado y me había gustado la forma en que habían hecho el guiso y dejar sopa ..la ternura de la carne era como si fuera una estaca trasera media y realmente disfruté de mi plato
También me adelanté a probar el arroz jollof que tenían, ordenando una porción con carne de res amigo este momento, altouhg el tipo de arroz no era lo que normalmente tendría, pero el sabor era realmente grande para. tuve soda con esta comida y se sintió satisfecho después de comer.
