I recently made cookies with 4 ingredients that are very quick and easy to make.
They are suitable when we have active sports with bicycles or when we go hiking because they have a lot of calories and give a lot of energy.
To make them I used:
- 150g. oatmeal
- 260g. dates from which I had removed the stones
- 70g sesame and 70g sunflower tahini
- a pinch of salt
I mixed all the ingredients in a food processor.
I shaped the cookies on a tray covered with baking paper.
I baked at 180 degrees in a preheated oven, for about 10-15 minutes.
I burned them a little, but they were still delicious 😍.
