After about 2 months in Colombia & living on a farm, I’m a bit rusty in the kitchen back in the USA & cooking indoors.
So, after picking up pre-cooked food a couple of times & having cold cut sandwiches another day, I made my first proper meal.
Basically, I chopped all veggies in my fridge — peppers, carrots, onions. Sautéed the mix & added minced meat. And half an hour later, I was having a hearty spaghetti Bolognese with a nice salad.
Meantime, our friend is still on the farm & sending us lovely nature shots like this one of a sweet bird that landed on a bunch of fruit.
