I started to love them in my breakfast....puffed rice mixed with curd and salt with little chilly bites adding to taste.

Little Chilli bush is something I must grow again, always had one in the garden using lightly in cooked curry dishes.

Thoroughly enjoy it in sambal salad mix of tomato, onion, chilli chopped together, or carrot, onion and chilli both mixes with light drizzling of oil and brown grape vinegar, delicious salad.

Good to learn about the health benefits @steemflow a little flavour goes a long way.

Yes I must grow a bush again, very handy having one, I have a curry leaf tree in the garden as well. Once a week I make spicy meal, as my husband does not enjoy as much as I do.

To curb my thorough enjoyment of spicy I buy Kara Nichha's hot and spicy snacks which are simply delightful!

Ohh that is quite a good alternative....its best way to get a spicy taste
