I just cooked this fried potatoes then made a garlic mayo for the dip.

I've had potatoes with garlic mayonnaise before, but only a few times. My wife usually makes fries with bacon and cheddar and then we add a little something here and there. I really like to mix pepper with mayonnaise, it's good too.
This looks delicious.
Now I am enjoyed to buy some potatoes.
