This is peking duck (deep-fried duck breast) with vegetables and a Thai curry peanut sauce. And the side dish is rice.
Absolutely, yes it's duck. I often eat duck in asian restaurants, but never made it myself. 😅
That sounds good too! I've never actually cooked duck myself, I only ever eat it in restaurants. 😅

Couldn't help myself but comment this looks delicious I thought the meat was char siu but it was already mentioned in the comments it is duck
