I love potatoes. I like to cook potatoes in any form, for example: frying, mashed potatoes, potatoes with soup and meat, I love baked potatoes in the oven, I love baked potatoes for a fire, fries.
As a child, my grandmother often fried potatoes, I especially liked it when she fried small whole potatoes. I have always liked this round potato with a gold crust.
I guess I still love potatoes, because in childhood they were often cooked.
So, baked potatoes with meat in a roasting sleeve.
Ingredients: potatoes, meat, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, seasoning, ketchup, honey, dill.
Well, let's cook: Wash the potatoes well, peel, cut into slices.
Wash the meat well, cut into square pieces.
Peel the garlic, rinse, squeeze the garlic juice through the garlic to the meat and potatoes.
Peel the onion, wash. I throw in a whole onion, so in my family they don’t peck onions, when the dish is ready I can pull out the onion.

Put everything in a baking sleeve. Close the roasting sleeve on both sides.
We put in the oven. Approximate baking time 120 at 240 degrees.
You need to look and make sure that the dish does not burn. Sometimes the cooking time at 240 degrees will cook in one hour. It all depends on what kind of stove you have.
Remove the potatoes, pour from the roasting sleeve, sprinkle with dill.
