Ahhhhhhhhhh I love this initiative! I think it's the perfect opportunity to talk about a couple of youtube cooking channels that I love, although one of them is my favorite by far. I must confess that every time I watch these channels I do it while I'm eating something, because otherwise it sure gives me a lot of anxiety 😄. First of all I introduce you to “Cocina para todos” I love that channel because it's all about simple and easy to prepare recipes, plus, at the end of each recipe, Mery (the channel's host) always tests her preparations, which gives us the confidence that it really is a delicious dish. Also, I like the channel because it is family, that is, it started because Mary's brother was going to travel as a student to Russia, but he did not know how to cook, so he asked his sister and Carmen, his mother, to record several cooking videos so he could watch them and replicate the recipes, from there the idea of opening the channel was born, when he returned to Spain he worked with his sister in the creation of the channel (being the cameraman and helping her to plan recipes), later both brothers supported their mother in opening their own channel (cocina con Carmen).
¡Ahhhhhhh me encanta esta iniciativa! Creo que es la oportunidad perfecta para hablar de un par de canales de cocina de youtube que me encantan, aunque uno de ellos es mi favorito por lejos. Debo confesar que todas las veces que veo estos canales lo hago mientras estoy comiendo algo, porque de lo contrario seguro me da mucha ansiedad 😄. En primer lugar les presento a "Cocina para todos" me encanta ese canal porque se trata de recetas sencillas y fáciles de preparar, además, al final de cada receta, Mery (la conductora del canal) siempre prueba sus preparaciones, lo cual nos brinda la confianza de que realmente es un platillo delicioso. Además, me gusta el canal porque es familiar, es decir, inicio debido a que el hermano de Mary iba a viajar como estudiante a Rusia, pero no sabía cocinar, así que le pidió a su hermana y a Carmen, su madre, que grabaran varios videos cocinando para que él pudiera verlos y replicar las recetas, de allí nació la idea de abrir el canal, cuando él volvió a España él trabajó junto a su hermana en la creación del canal (siendo el camarógrafo y ayudándola a planificar recetas), más tarde ambos hermanos apoyaron a su madre en la apertura de su propio canal (cocina con Carmen)
I liked this channel much more before, I think that, although it was a little simpler than it is now, it also had a more daring concept, in fact my favorite video is one where she prepares a giant version of the Mcdonalds Big Mac burger, which was 5 kilos, I liked it because she did everything from 0, including the bread obviously because nowhere she could find one of that magnitude.
Este canal me gustaba mucho más antes, creo que, si bien era un poco más sencillo de lo que es actualmente, también tenía un concepto más osado, de hecho mi video favorito es uno donde ella prepara una versión gigante de la hamburguesa de Mcdonalds Big Mac, la cuál tenía 5 kilos, me gustó porque hizo todo desde 0, incluyendo el pan obviamente porque en ningún lugar ella podría encontrar uno de esa magnitud.
But my favorite channel by far has a very funny name “Que el papeo te acompañe! “just like its host “Super Pilopi” this channel handles a very different concept than the other recipe channels, and Pilopi knows how to liven up his recipes with humor, incorporating very funny memes that make you end up dead laughing, however he takes very seriously what he does, he explains each recipe step by step and performs many tests before deciding to record a content, all this in order to better enlighten you and tell you what mistakes you could make and how you can avoid them.
Pero mi canal favorito por lejos tiene un nombre muy gracioso "¡Que el papeo te acompañe!" al igual que su anfitrión "Super Pilopi" este canal maneja un concepto muy diferente al de los otros canales de recetas, y es que Pilopi sabe amenizar sus recetas con humor, incorporando memes muy graciosos que hacen que uno termine muerto de risa, no obstante él se toma muy enserio lo que hace, te explica cada receta paso por paso y realiza muchas pruebas antes de decidir grabar un contenido, todo esto con el objetivo de ilustrarte mejor y decirte cuales son los errores que podrías llegar a cometer y como puedes evitarlos.
One of my favorite videos proves what I said in the previous paragraph, because in it, Pilopi mentions that he is tired of seeing content creators who manipulate their videos to give a wrong image of “perfect recipe” when clearly there are many mistakes that can be made when cooking a pan pizza, most of them burn at the base, but he, after a succession of trial and error came up with the perfect technique. This gives a lot of confidence to the audience, and so I let Pilopi know in the first comment that you can see in that video. I like it because he says that it is valid not to know how to do something but for that reason you have to research very well and test each recipe before providing the information in a channel.
Uno de mis videos favoritos prueba lo que les dije en el párrafo anterior, debido a que en él, Pilopi menciona que está harto de ver a creadores de contenido que manipulan sus videos para dar una imagen errada de "receta perfecta" cuando claramente hay muchos errores que se pueden cometer al cocinar una pizza en sartén, la mayoría de ellas se queman en la base, pero él, tras una sucesión de ensayo y error dio con la técnica perfecta. Esto brinda mucha confianza a la audiencia, y así se lo hice saber a Pilopi en el primer comentario que ustedes pueden ver en ese video. Me gusta porque él dice que es válido no saber hacer algo pero por esa razón hay que investigar muy bien y probar cada receta antes de brindar la información en un canal
He has an extensive amount of videos on his channel, all with very popular and interesting recipes, but also some that are not so popular but are very interesting. He not only has videos of recipes, he also has some videos testing military food, the kind that soldiers use in campaign, these videos are very interesting.
Él tiene una extensa cantidad de videos en su canal, todos con recetas muy populares e interesantes, pero también algunas que no son tan populares pero llaman mucho la atención. Además no solo tiene videos de recetas, también tiene algunos probando comida militar, de esas que usan los soldados en campaña, son muy interesantes esos videos.
I could spend all morning here telling you about this channel because I love it, but then this post would be endless 😄. I'm not asking you to subscribe to these channels, just take a look at them and you draw your conclusions for yourselves and thus deduce whether or not it's worth giving them your support.
