I'm not sure if it's still possible, I think the festival lasted until today and I don't know where it can be seen afterwards. Keep an eye out for the updates to make sure you won't miss it..

I almost forgot that I didn't finish my LPUD post lol, so now it's close to midnight and I'm sitting here in a chilly room to finish it while I was just enjoying snuggling up under two blankets lol.
