Not at all. Stinky tofu is not a major dish here compare to Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China. There are many type of tofu, some like to fry the raw tofu. These are processed tofu, the chef will break the tofu down and combine with carrot, celery and possibly other chopped vege to increased it's chealwiness.
