Perhaps I will like this better than pork sisig because pork sisig tends to get greasy. I think patting dry the tofu before slicing into cubes is an important tip. It's delectable and easy to prepare. I'm sure this will also be a hit if prepared during big occasions at home.

Yes you're right and it's more nutritious too. And I think you'll gonna like it than pork sisig.
